Prone 90° Single Leg Hip Extension

Lay Prone with your hands in front of your face or down by your sides. Bend one knee at a 90° angle and using just your glutes, lift the thigh into the air imagining you are kicking your heel into the ceiling. You may barely move, but really focus on keeping both hips on the ground and keeping the thighs parallel to each other trying not to cheat by bringing the leg out wide.
