Kettlebell Goblet Side Lunges (Same Side)

Start standing with a kettlebell in your hands in a goblet position. Take a large step to the side bending the hips and knees focusing on loading the leg that you are stepping out. Make sure you hip hinge trying to bring the abs to the thighs so avoid excessive lower back rounding utilizing as much glutes and thighs as possible. Push off the bent leg until you are standing up with the feet together again.
