type;
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON [OFF turns it off]
Restart your PC

Hardware Devices Manager
Display Adapters
Right-click Properties on card
Details
Hardware Ids
Look on second line, everything from the "DEV_" on use to create new lines.

Download Official Nvidia Driver
unzip installer
Enter Folder
In ListDevices.txt
Place under nvac.inf:
DEV_[YOUR STRING HERE]&SUBSYS_[YOUR STRING HERE] "NVIDIA GeForce YOUR CARD"

under Display.Driver folder
find nvcvi.inf or nvcvsi.inf

Place under [NVIDIA_Devices.NTamd64.10.0...[YOUR WINDOWS 10 Build]
%NVIDIA_DEV.[YOUR STRING HERE].[YOUR STRING HERE].[YOUR STRING HERE]% = Section094, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_[YOUR STRING HERE]&SUBSYS_[YOUR STRING HERE]
*Make sure the Section contains cards similar to the one you have.

Place under [Strings]
NVIDIA_DEV.[YOUR STRING HERE].[YOUR STRING HERE].[YOUR STRING HERE]= "NVIDIA GeForce YOUR CARD"
