Dumbbell Clean to Press Neutral Grip

Pickup your dumbbells and hold them in a neutral grip by your sides with your palms facing each other. Using momentum and bending the knees and hips, swing the weights to get them into a neutral grip front racked position and use a knee pop to then press the weights to the overhead position (push press). Lower the weights under control and bring them back down to the bottom position without hyperextending the elbows. Bend the knees for momentum and repeat the process.
