Hand Release Pushups

Start in a pushup position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your legs and core engaged. Spread your fingers and squeeze your fingertips into the ground. Lower yourself by bending your elbows until your chest touches the floor. Rest on the floor for a second and then lift the palms off of the floor before returning to the same position and pushing into the floor until you are at the top of the pushup position again with locked out elbows. Repeat for reps.
