WORKOUT JOURNEY Ep. 1| 2023

Below is what I did for my workout. This was a very simple workout, but that is the point. So simple you can do it anywhere at anytime. If you have suggestions on what I should do next let me know in the comments.

Workout:
5 sets each
10 reps minimum/until failure
- Pushups
-Dumbbell Curls
-Skull Crushers
-Sit-ups
