Barbell Romanian Deadlifts (Ed Coan Style)

This is a variation of an RDL that was one of Ed Coan’s favorite accessory exercise for the deadlift. For this version the bar will be lowered on an angle in front of the feet with a rounded upper back at the bottom position. Maintain a neutral lumbar spine. By reaching the bar out more in front, you will be stressing the lower back more making this a fantastic accessory to build the deadlift and lower back resiliency.
