Barbell Suitcase Pendlay Row

2
Start in an RDL/Hip hinged position next to a barbell. Mid foot, shoulder, and wrist should align with the center of the bar. Put your other arm out as a counterbalance. Row the barbell off the ground with one arm squeezing the upper back and lats at the top and rest it on the ground after each rep not worrying too much about controlling the descent. The nature of a Pendlay type row is to rest on the ground after each rep so you will be able to go slightly heavier here than if you didn’t touch the ground.
