Kettlebell Front Racked Split Squats (Stationary Lunges)

Clean two kettlebells into the front racked position with the weight of the kettlebells being supported by the wrists, forearms and the side of the arm (depending on the size and weight of the kettlebells. Get into a lunge position where the knees will be at about 90° at the bottom. Keep your core tight and lunge down tapping the knee on the ground before pushing off the ground with both feet until both legs are locked out. Repeat on both sides.
