Dumbbell Box Step Up

Setup a bench or a box and hold dumbbells in your hands. Start standing on the box and lean forward so that you load one leg as you step the other leg down keeping our back leg as close to the box or bench as possible. The goal here is to load the front leg as much as possible with minimal assistance from the rear leg. Once your back leg is resting on the ground, lean forward and push through the front foot until you return to the standing position.
