Electricity 101 ??? | RV Life | What Not to Do | DIY in 4D

Do you See it? In this clip I was wondering if anyone saw what the previous owner / electrician did?

They took the 120 volt (red) hot wire, and put it on the White Neutral Buss Bar.....It melted the plastic box next to it.

Fortunately, this did not fry the whole deal and the only issues I found this.

What do you think I might have missed?
