Shooting off the Dribble

This is focused on an efficient dribble pick up to shoot more consistently off the dribble! Keys are having a staggered stance on approach so you can create a good 1-2step into the shot and then focusing on bringing the ball to your shooting hand on the pick up so you have a consistent up and down shooting flow. If the ball is moving side to side in the pick up it makes it difficult to get square and it becomes inconsistent.
