Should the ETSU Buccaneers keep Richard Sander as athletic director indefinitely?

Sander has proven to be able to hire quality coaches, something Scott Carter didn't do. With George Quarles and Desmond Oliver off to shaky starts in the glamour sports of ETSU, should Sanders be asked to stay on for a year and let go of his "interim" tag?
