Delhi Woman dragging case: Non-bailable charges invoked, eye witness unfolds several aspects.

On January 1, a car struck a woman and carried her body for a few kilometers through Delhi's Sultanpuri neighborhood. The body was pulled alongside the car after being struck by it and became twisted in the wheel. According to the Delhi Police, all five of the car's passengers have been detained.
