Robert Rinkoff and partners, many who wouldn't identify but will be held accountable, made an arrest out of retaliation for filming the first traffic stop on the video. A young man was pulled over and my gut told me to film and make sure he was ok. I did that and asked him if he was alight and he said he was so I left. About a half a block away I saw a group of cops surrounding people who are waiting in a free food line at an emergency food line at 129 Peter street in Toronto. I began to film and right away I saw the lady cop who would not identify bully the homeless man. There is obvious mental health issues he is dealing with and most likely failing because of lack of systematic support and even worse situations like this where he is bullied by so called authority figures.

He was assaulted twice before the final arrest at the end, Once when the crazy lady cop shoved him and threw the fork he was holding so he can eat when he got his food from the shelter (he did get food in the video and that is why he was holding a fork. His only fork).

He was assaulted again by the cop who identified as Dasilva near the end of the video when he seemed to be triggered and almost asking for it but still did not commit a crime at that point. That is twice cops laid hands on him and he is the one who was beat up and charged with assaulting an officer.

As for me I had my charter rights clearly breached and have already began the process of getting all dash cams and body cam footage as well as all available public information on all officers involved. I will be filing formal complaints as well as a lawsuit for being arrested, assaulted and basically kidnapped for zero reason before any type of de-escalation to properly investigate or any reasonable grounds whatsoever to arrest me. Physical Force was used by multiple cops and there are injuries documented resulting from the force used. I was not read any rights and was asked questions immediately. My phone was the only item that was took from me and the recording was stopped during the arrest. Luckily God works in mysterious ways and the voicemail was left.

I am going to take all legal avenues to make sure everyone involved is taught that they can't kidnap and assault people because they are too lazy or crazy to do their job properly. It could have been any of our kids or anyone with a mask and a phone. This kind of stuff happens all the time and I can't watch it happen for generations to come. Our people deserve better, our kids deserve better. This is not freedom and this is not what I want my kids (or your kids) growing up in. Change is Coming.
