How to Build Your Confidence (Tips for Young People)

Want to learn how to be more confident in 2023? Confidence is a tool that will open so many doors for you, but it is not something one can fake or merely turn on and off. Confidence has to be built up through positive past experiences and inner self growth and acceptance.

Daniel and I are two people who really used to struggle with having confidence. We decided this was something we wanted to change and then implemented and practiced out all of these tips that have allowed us to become more confident people. Becoming more confident was for myself, the first step of starting self improvement, and when I began a journey to becoming more confident, My life was changed in a much bigger way than i could have thought, and so much for the better.

What does a confident person look like?
In this video we discuss the body language and changes in behavioral patterns that are a result of being more confident. This video will educate you not only on how to inflate your ego for a couple of days but rather how to build up your confidence in a sustainable way.

We here at Better than Yesterday really hope you enjoy this video, we have been trying a few new things and decided to really put some more effort into the editing of this video. This channel was started a year and a half ago, with the aim of helping young people to be better than who you were yesterday. A focus on wholistic self improvement, as well as investing and daily growth for young people. Our videos followed the long format podcast style videos of youtubers such as 1stman and Hamza, Hamza Unfiltered. We really enjoy making this kind of content as it allows us to speak our mind and really delve deep into a topic, however we decided to try a new format with this video that includes more editing, in the style of an Iman Gadzhi or a Captain Sinbad. Our main goal is only to take inspiration from these creators, and give our own spin on the content which is brought to you by your two hosts, Michael and Daniel.
