THE GALILEAN WEDDING
To understand the significance of the Galilean wedding typologically speaking, we must also understand the cultural aspects surrounding the Galilean wedding of Jesus' day. First, we must recognize the fact that Jesus wasn't simply a Jew, but mostly He was a Galilean. Hence, much of what he taught was steeped in a language, His disciples would instantly understand. All of whom were Galilean too, and from every walk of life from fishermen to publicans (tax collectors).
