A scientist (Michael Whalen) whose project is about to be taken over by the military turns out to be a moon man desperate to return home. He decides to launch his rocket, enlisting the aid of two escaped convicts (Tommy Cook, Gary Clarke), his innocent partner (Richard Travis) and the partner's girlfriend (Cathy Downs). Waiting for them on the Moon is a cave-dwelling civilization made up of beautiful women (K.T. Stevens, Nina Bara, Laurie Mitchell, Leslie Parrish), as well as huge rock creatures and giant spiders. Essentially a new version of Cat-Women of the Moon (1953).
