“The last few days have been hard. Over 6 months out and I am still suffering with migraines, difficulty walking, tremors, convulsions, blurred vision, I can not drive, I can not read, I can not properly hold a pen. I can not practice the medicine that I love. I am supported by my friends and held by my community. I hold deep gratitude to them. This video captures deeply vulnerable moments with my friend who has fought for me along the way. I have not watched in. I can’t. This video is from a two day episode I am just coming out of. I could not speak, my face was going slack, my body cycled between constant convulsions, spasms and tremors. I was terrified. Instead of being given appropriate medical care I was offered Valium and a speech on vaccine efficacy. This was a breaking point of poor medical care. Some days crush you.”
