Can I paint a Necron like Games Workshop in only 20 minutes?

Twenty minutes to paint a Warhammer 40K miniature seems reasonable...I mean the Necrons are fairly simple to paint. Plus, contrast paints are a thing. They should make this process go well.

Find out what happens when I try and paint a Necron Deathmark like the Games Workshop team, but with a 20 minute time limit.
