treating yourself with Reiki can be a good way to relieve your stress and pain.

in the video I was watching, he instructor said that the little pauses we have in life, be it driving, speaking or drinking a cup of tea. we pause for breif moments with no action.

in these moments we often complain, causing more pain.

instead of creating more pain, I encourage you to lessen your pain by doing Reiki on yourself in these moments of pause.

my first yoga teacher also told us what these pauses were called in Sanskrit, a "pause" in Sanskrit is called a "Sundhi"
