Workout Routine | Chest Shoulders Triceps
Here’s our workout split for push day (chest, shoulders, triceps)

Muscle ups - 3-4 sets (as many reps as possible)
Bench press - pyramid style 6-8 sets
Seated shoulder press DB - 4 sets
Skull crushers - 4 sets
Tricep push downs & side Delt raises SUPERSET - 4 sets + drop set for both exercise at the end
Dips - 4 sets (as many reps as possible)
