Inner City Blues

Over the course of the last year I have noticed the streets are getting much worse. Way more people on the streets and way more people living in their cars. I also noticed that homeless people are giving up on asking for help, I only noticed one today actually asking for money. I guess the homeless people and people with homes both realize the problem is too big, people have become desensitized to the homeless problem. "You can't help them all so why help any of them..."
