In California, many divisive legislation are about to take effect.
According to one rule, doctors might be disciplined for providing "misinformation" about COVID, which includes information about the efficacy of vaccinations.

According to this regulation, disseminating so-called false information concerning COVID-19, such as information about the efficacy of vaccines and other treatments, can result in medical professionals being disciplined.

The Medical Board oversees the regulation of doctors and surgeons. The board must take action against any licensed doctor who is accused of engaging in unprofessional behavior under existing legislation.

At least 225,000 Californians would have their felony records sealed under a different law.

This new law would allow at least 225,000 Californians with past arrests or convictions to have their records automatically sealed from criminal background checks.
