In the first video of 2023 I want to talk about what I do to develop a plan for a healthy and successful year ahead. I want us all to start the year off right. Starting the year off right can help with your mental and physical health. What I like to do is instead of making resolutions that are beyond challenging, I make short term and long term goals. The goals are related to each other and the short term goals are required to achieve the long term goals. I also dive into the sensitive topic of mental health. I'm so saddened when I hear that people have taken their own lives as a result of a mental health struggle. We never know what someone is going through and it can be a very hard battle for someone. Be a listener, be a friend, and be kind. Let's get control of these things and have an amazing year. Thanks for watching!!
