Now for some keywords so that the Rumble Gods may bless my videos on their journey through the algorithm! (Feel free to ignore all this by-the-by) MWII 2022, what is there to say? While it doesn't quite capture the feel and style of the original, it does capture the feel of the MW from 2019 instead. In addition, it also gives us the game mode DMZ (Tarkov esc) as well. Along with DMZ they also released Warzone 2.0 (which I haven't touched, and probably won't). But that should well over do it for keywording, so if you read all of that, thank you very much!
