Following our annual holiday tradition, we checked out some of the most impressive holiday lights displays — this time, we visited Christmas Tree Lane in Alameda, CA where residents bring the decades-old tradition to life every single year. The participation of each house on the block is strictly voluntary but nonetheless — everyone participates. The residents of Christmas Tree Lane put up holiday lights and shows every single year just by themselves, with no help or monetary support from the city or state.
