The Battle Belongs To The LORD

Hello my friends. This video features the title song from my latest CD, that will be my first release for 2023. It's been a rough two years so far, and, based on what is currently happening around the world, I believe that 2023 is not going to be a year of peace and prosperity. I believe that we are living in the perilous times that the Bible calls the end days, or days of Jacob's Trouble, a time like no other in the history of the world.Show more

It's a time for us to examine our lives, to see where we stand in our relationship with our Creator, and to forsake our rebellion against Him and His laws, for we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, and we will all have to stand before Him on Judgment Day to give an account for our actions. I pray that God will give us eyes to see, and ears to hear, and the courage to make the necessary changes to bring our lives in harmony with His will for us.

As Christians, we have always been engaged in spiritual warfare against the enemy of our souls, and our only hope is to trust in the LORD to deliver us from our enemies attacks. A spiritual soldier requires spiritual armour, that can only come from the LORD. In Him, our victory is sure, for the battle belongs to the LORD. For as it is written:

Eph 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the LORD, and in the power of his might. 
Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Eph 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; 
Eph 6:19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, 
Eph 6:20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
