Ganapathi Ganesh Temple Pooja for April New Year
Ganesh Puja, also known as Ganpati Puja, is a spiritual puja performed before participating in any auspicious occasion. When it comes to Hinduism, it is thought that completing Gajanan Puja before beginning anything new would be auspicious and will assist one in achieving riches and success in the long term.
Lord Ganapathi's auspicious and hopeful character heralds the beginning of a period of prosperity. Through the performance of Ganpati Poojaan, it is (possible to have) tremendous fortune and prosperity as well as advantageous circumstances and no obstacle to their accomplishment. Isn't it true that everyone wants to see as much of this life as they possibly can? When people's aspirations are fulfilled, they will be motivated to pursue their passions.
Prior to Ganesh Chaturthi, clean the home and make sure that it as neat and clean as possible. On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, get up early and take a holy bath. The Festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is a joyful and spiritual occasion. Each member of the household must share the responsibilities and do the puja in unison in order to get his blessings.
There are three different approaches of preparation for Lord Ganesh's puja. Some people make use of a picture, image, or idol that they already have in their puja room. Others create their own. As an alternative, you might construct an idol out of clay or turmeric with the assistance of your family members.
Several stores and pandals are selling Ganesh's new portraits or idols (murtis), which may be bought. The majority of households have selected this as the most often selected option. It is customary for people to search for a new idol to worship throughout the ten-day festival's prayers and rituals each year.
Alternatively, gingelly or coconut oil may be used to light a candle if desired. Prepare the altar by lighting incense sticks and gathering family members in front of it.
It is possible to wash the idol with holy water (if the material of the idol is suitable to permit the water). This may be achieved using a variety of things, including rose water, sandal paste, coconut water, sugar, and panchamrit, among others. After the god has been cleansed, wipe him down with a clean cloth. Decorate Ganesh's image with sandal paste, vermilion, clothes, jewelry, flowers, and garlands, as well as other embellishments. At the foot of the image/idol of Ganesha, recite the Ganesha mantras and put flowers.
Carry the Ganesh idol to your house a few days before the festival and cover it with a cloth. On the day of the celebration, thoroughly clean the home, wash, and then remove the cloth that has been covering the idol from the room. Decorate the area where the lord will be stationed, if necessary.
While reciting the mantra 'Om Ganesha Namah,' set the idol on a little wooden seat in the center of the circle. Keep a collection of ingredients and offerings in front of the idol at all times. Begin the puja by singing the Ganesh mantras 108 times to invoke the blessings of the Lord.
In addition to lighting diyas (lamps) and burning incense sticks, the Ganesh Aarti is performed, as are hymns. Flowers and sweets such as modak, ladoos, and pedha should be offered to the lord.
During the pujas at home, make small offerings and other meals such as Modak and coconuts to share with your family. Give Ganesh food items such as coconuts, almonds, and other goods that you have gathered in a basket.
Incense should be burned at the temple, and Ganesha chants should be sung. Put your trust in Lord Ganesh. Send it to your friends and family members. In the course of the Ganesh puja, you should pray and rejoice until you are ready to accept the idol as a god in your home. You may do the ultimate worship on Visarjan's day, and you can also seek his return to your home the following year, which is known as Visarjan's day.
Lord Ganesha is sometimes referred to as "Vighnaharta," which literally translates as "obstacle remover." According to Hinduism, every puja would be incomplete if it did not include the adoration of Lord Ganesha. Lord Ganesha (Ganapati) is a Hindu deity who is well-known around the world. The son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, he is also known as Lord Shiva's son.
As a result, it is customary to offer prayers to Lord Ganesh Ji before beginning any auspicious project. We do, however, give a Sri Ganpati Puja every month on the Chaturthi tithi, which is a Friday (also known as Sankashti Chaturthi). It is regarded to be Lord Ganesha's birthday, and doing Ganesha Puja on this day will assist one in removing any difficulties that may arise in the future.
