Retired general: Here's what Xi wants from bond with Putin

In a virtual meeting on Friday, Russian President Vladimir Putin invited Chinese President Xi Jinping to Moscow in the Spring. While Xi accepted the invitation and is backing Russia in the war in Ukraine, China has not sent Russia any military resources to help the country win the war.
