📝 RECIPE (325 Calories/48g Protein):
140g Southwestern Egg Beaters
1 Large Egg
84g Tyson Chicken Grilled Chicken Breast Striips
35g Onion
35g Bell Pepper
28g Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
45g Chucky Salsa
***Chop onion and bell pepper and cook on nonstick pan on medium-low heat. After cooked to your desired doneness, add southwester egg beaters to mixture. Heat up chicken strips in microwave and add to the omelet mixture in pan along with 1 whole egg mixing yoke across entire length of the omelet. Add cheese on top of mixture and fold egg white over to form an omelette and finish cooking. Remove omelet from pan and add salsa spread out on top.***
