Electron-Positron Pair Photon Model

Semiconductor holes are positrons, E=hf=mc^2=Jw^2, for two same weight rotating particle system.
E^2 = (pc)^2 + (m0c)^2, m0 = 0, becomes E = pc = mc^2 = hf, for photon (m, not m0).
