This is Zhusheng Si (pronounced 'zooshung ser') (祝圣寺) Buddhist Temple - About 10 minutes' walk from Seven Star Park's Liberation Bridge entrance. Zhusheng Temple, like the Spice Market, is on the small road (Lingjian Lu 灵剑路) which runs around the edge of Seven Star Park.
