Does Zinc Make You Last Longer In Bed?
=
I’m getting a lot of “sexual” questions from people, especially the guys. Which is totally cool and if you’ve got one of your own, please ask it below in the comments section and I’ll make a video about it soon.

And today’s viewer question asks:
“Dr. Sam - I saw your video about zinc and it was an eye opener to say the least. Thanks. I was wondering though, can zinc make you last longer in bed?... you know, sexually and stuff???”

I’ll share the zinc video at the end of this one, for all of you who haven’t seen it yet. It’s an important video because I also reveal the correct form, dose and what to take it with or else it’ll cause a deficiency and mineral imbalance.

To answer your question, YES - zinc can make you last longer in bed.

However, this all depends on your definition of “last longer”?

Does Zinc prevent premature ejaculation - no, I don’t think so. Meaning, that if you usually have an orgasm quickly, maybe a few minutes after intercourse.

And premature ejaculation is a topic I’ve covered in the past and I’ll put a link to that video below in the description area, and you can check it out after watching this one.

There is another problem we guys have when trying to last longer and that’s staying hard, longer… So you don’t go limp. So you can keep performing longer and that’s how Zinc can help you last longer in bed.

And it primarily does this because it helps with boosting your testosterone levels.

Anyway, I’ve posted links below in the description area to important topics and solutions I mentioned earlier.

So, scroll down, take a look at the other videos, take action and improve your hormones and libido.

Don’t forget to also post your sexual questions in the comments section below.
