There are a ton of pros of living in Enterprise Las Vegas! It's a whole community that goes way beyond the amenities of the strip... it's one of the top master-planned communities out there! There's a ton of new development, zero state income tax, it's close to the strip (but not too close), and so much more.
That being said, there are some cons of living in Enterprise Las Vegas. The biggest con, in my opinion, is just the shortage of homes here right now, simply because it's a high-demand area. It does make it a little difficult to find a home in this community right now, so that's a definite down side. There are a few other things you should know, so be sure to stick around until the end of the video!
