Biden’s Mork impression

Joseph Robinette Biden in a loss for words moment, morphs his speech into a Mork from Ork impression that few can translate into a viable conversation. Even so Biden manages to pull off laughs from the crowd. Biden’s display is a masterful piece of modern 21st century malarkey mixed with dementia.

Dementia is a general term for loss of memory, language, problem-solving and other thinking abilities that are severe enough to interfere with daily life.
