Sedgwick Ave. Social is an event created by dancers, for dancers. It aims to provide a safe environment for people from all disciplines, abilities and motivations to engage, network and appreciate all forms of dance.
Conceptualised by Lisa Crowe and Chido Mombeshora, Sedgwick Ave. Social is a donation-based event and takes pride in being a welcome environment for not only dancers but passive listeners and appreciators of great music. The music encourages movement, social and cultural exchanges between stylistically diverse dancers.
