On the 1st January 2023 the Safe- T Act goes into effect in 37 counties in Illinois, despite a judge deeming the law unconstitutional only those counties which filed a lawsuit against the act.

This act will allow criminals, ranging from horrendous crimes to roam free by removing cash bail this includes kidnappers and murderers! Major Keith Pekau recently gave a speech against this purge act in 2022 speaking off its dangers which have many in law enforcement quitting their jobs.
