Melt away the holiday hustle and bustle (or any time of year!) by turning your shower into an at-home aromatherapy spa thanks to these DIY Peppermint Shower Steamers crafted with Mantra Oils. 🧖‍♀️This recipe is so easy that you’ll want to make them for everyone you love. Here’s how to recreate it on your own:

• 1 cup baking soda
• 1/4 cup distilled water
• 10-15 drops of Mantra Peppermint Essential Oil (or Essential Oil of your Choice)
• Silicone mold

In a medium mixing bowl, add the baking soda. Slowly add water (about a tablespoon at a time), blending each time more water is added. Continue until the mixture resembles damp sand. Add Mantra Peppermint Essential Oil and mix again to distribute. In a silicone mold, fill each compartment with the damp mixture and gently press down to ensure each is packed. Harden the mixture overnight. Gently pop out each peppermint shower steamer from the mold and store it in an airtight container.
To use: Place one peppermint shower steamer on your shower floor, away from direct water. You’ll want it to get wet, but not drenched. Enjoy the invigorating and uplifting aroma of peppermint as it slowly fills your shower!
