Utopia

It was a beautiful day in the year 2125 and everything was going according to plan. The robots had taken over all the jobs, as predicted, and humanity was thriving on a steady diet of Soylent and virtual reality.

The government had finally solved all the world's problems and peace reigned supreme. There was no crime, no poverty, and no need for things like "emotions" or "personal relationships." Life was perfect.

As Jane walked to her daily job of pressing buttons on a computer, she couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for this utopia. After all, what more could a person want?

As she sat down at her desk, she glanced at the window and saw a group of people laughing and talking on their way to work. Jane rolled her eyes and sighed. How annoying. Why couldn't they just be content with their perfectly robotic lives like everyone else?

Jane knew deep down that she was grateful for the small moments of joy and connection that still existed in this seemingly perfect world.
