Susan Smith Jones, PhD. joins us on the show once again to discuss her book "Uplifted: 12 Minutes to More Joy, Faith, Peace, Kindness & Vitality." Over the past several years, many have become agitated and upset, leaving little to no time to ground themselves. Susan gives tips on how to be kind to others along with yourself.

Susan tells us that our diets drive much of our mental dispositions, which means we must balance our lives with health foods full of real nutrients. Not only is it your diet, but exercise will raise endorphins in your body, giving you a "runner's high." When we are living with these feelings, it comes along with improved health, decreased stress, reduced depression, happiness, and concentration. Through a simple 21-day commitment, with twelve-minute practical segments, we can all lead happier, healthy lives.
