Info from Licensor: "We were invited to a yacht birthday party, and someone noticed something in the sky. Some of the guests started to panic. Some people say fireworks, some people say aliens, and some people say an airshow. Based on the comments, many saw the same from different areas of Dubai Marina that night and couldn't make sense of it. Nothing has been shared in the news."
