My bank did not like me investing in CRYPTO

I was so surprised that my Natwest bank did not allow me to transfer money into Binance, when I called customer service, they said we stop all payments to major exchanges like Binance to keep our customers safe? O yea, just like the masks and the Jxx keeps us safe from the virus?
