Slight IMPROVEMENT for sellers but I am skeptical

Cromford data shows big jumps in the CMI numbers for many cities. This is a result of inventory going down and sales higher in Dec than Nov.
But a deep dive into the numbers once again shows that a big percentage of a small number is still a small number.
