Go bulls! Back after injury. After such a long paus in between I felt way weaker. What a shame.
Back at it now. Did 5x10, however I think I went lower than before and tried keeping my hands closer to my side. Still way more work to do. I'm not impressed.
Shout out to the TopG who helped me get on to the road of self improvement! 🙏💪
