This is a short 15 minute video to help strengthen the core, the center of our being. A strong core helps to support a healthy spine.This practice will help to create strength, balance and stability in the physical body. With a strong core our low backs are happier and healthier. Activities of daily living are performed with ease. Simple activities such as putting on our shoes, turning to look behind us, bathing and dressing are performed with ease. The core is our center of independence. Keep it strong! Keep it moving!
