During our first hour we will be interviewing Marine Corp Vet and Independent News Cinematographer JD Rivera who went to Washington DC to film the events that took place at the Stop the Steal rally in January of 2021. As a result of his journalistic efforts (and likely because he is a Christian) he ended up with multiple FBI agents surrounding his home and arresting him on January 20, 2021 (inauguration day) in front of his wife and children. Pending his appeal, JD is headed to prison to serve an 8 month sentence starting in January of next year. This for practicing his 1st amendment rights as a journalist and following his heart as a Christian.

In our second hour Canadian Bill Whatcott returns not only to our program, but yet again to the Canadian “Justice System”. There he will once again be re-tried for the same charge that he was actually judged innocent Last year. What? Double Jeopardy? Evidently in Canada you are expected to get your mind right before they will let you go.
