Em Londres, os adolescentes caçadores de fantasmas mais talentosos do país enfrentam espíritos mortíferos todas as noites.

Lá, em meio a inúmeras agências corporativas controladas por adultos, uma se destaca, sempre independente de obrigações comerciais e de qualquer. É a Lockwood & Co, uma pequena startup comandada por 2 garotos e uma garota extremamente poderosa, um trio de rebeldes destinado a desvendar um mistério que vai mudar o rumo da história.

Lockwood & Co é inspirada na série literária para jovens adultos escrita por Jonathan Stroud .
