In this episode I interview Matt Izzo for a second time, who is currently training for an Ironman race. For those who are not familiar an Ironman is consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112 mile bicycle ride and a marathon 26-mile run, raced in that order with a total completion time not exceeding 17 hours. We speak about what drove him to compete at this level, how he prepares, what he eats, and then dive into the spiritual benefits he's experienced from it.
