Return to the Chesapeake Bay for a refresh | Ep. 192

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! In this episode I enter upon the Chesapeake Bay, after four days of passaging from Hadleys Harbor, MA. I am headed for Deltaville, but after slogging to windward for 20 miles I call it quits and put into Poquoson. I do continue on to Deltaville, though in gentler conditions, arriving there on Halloween. Deltaville, however, is not an ideal take-off point for the passage south to Puerto Rico, so I will move further south to Hampton which is better situated.
